Your score will increase continuously as long as you keep on kissing your partner. You have 3 lives and you will lose them if someone sees you. If you lose all of your lives, you can choose between starting from the beginning or advancing to the next level. This is a great feature for those who want to avoid certain levels. You can get some bonus points during each level of Good Night Kiss, but you have to wait for the special event to happen and click on the right item that appears on the screen.
