You will start with 10 lives, but if you manage to complete a level, you will get an extra life. Your health bar will drop rapidly if you flip over and hit the ground, but if you hit the jump button and somehow get back on your wheels, you can collect repair kits along the way. Dune Buggy is a great racing game because there are countless power-ups and they will certainly keep you entertained. As you go through levels, your car will get larger, smaller, your tires will blow out of proportions, you will go into slow motion and you will even turn into a single spinning wheel and continue the race in that shape. These are just some of the changes that will take place in the game. The terrain can also have special powers. Some pieces of gravel can give you extra speed, while others will slow you down.

Dune Buggy can't be compared with any other racing game of this type, simply because it offers a lot of possibilities and it doesn't get boring, no matter how much you play it.
